How do I book a trip with Bahddou Tours?
No problem! Our team is here to help with any adjustments. Contact us with your requested changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them to availability.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Our tour price includes transportation, driver/guide, accommodation, and meals as specified in your itinerary. Costs typically not included are lunches (unless stated), beverages, entrance fees to historical sites (e.g., Kasbahs, Studios), and tips.
How can I secure my booking?
To confirm your tour, we require a small, non-refundable deposit (typically 10-20% of the total tour price). This guarantees your reservation, vehicle, accommodation, and driver/guide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal for the initial deposit via our secure online system. The remaining balance can be paid on the first day of your tour in cash (Euros, US Dollars, or Moroccan Dirhams – MAD) directly to your driver/guide.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due in cash on the first day of your tour upon meeting your driver. For large group bookings or luxury/custom tours, final payment deadlines may be adjusted and will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

What is the best time of year to visit Morocco?
The best times are generally Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November), offering warm, pleasant temperatures ideal for sightseeing and desert travel. Summer (June-August) is very hot, especially in the desert and cities like Marrakech/Fes, while Winter (Dec-Feb) is cooler, particularly at night and in the mountains, where snow is possible.
What is the weather like in the Sahara Desert?
The Sahara experiences extremes. During the day, it is generally warm to hot, even in winter. However, temperatures drop significantly at night, sometimes below freezing in winter months.
What should I pack for the tour?
We recommend packing layers! Include: Light, breathable clothing for hot days; Warm layers/jacket for cold desert nights and high mountain passes (Tizi n’Tichka); Comfortable walking shoes for Gorges and Kasbahs; Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen); and a small backpack for day trips.

Can I customize my tour itinerary?
Absolutely! We specialize in tailored experiences. You can work with us to modify existing itineraries, upgrade accommodations, or include specific sights and activities to create your perfect Moroccan adventure.
Do I need travel insurance?
| Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical emergencies, and delays. Bhaddou Tours is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances during your trip. |
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. The initial deposit is non-refundable. For a full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit, cancellations must generally be made 7 days prior to the tour start date. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
